Shipping & Payment Terms

In most cases, your item will be shipped out within 1-2 business days unless a specific ETA has been provided. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information. For all will call orders, please contact us directly via email or phone.

Returns

All items returned without defects will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. For any returns and exchanges, please contact us to request an RMA number before sending any items back. If items are returned to us without a proper RMA Number, the return and/or exchange request will be denied. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the package to and from us, unless otherwise stated. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted 14 days after you have received the package, excluding excruciating circumstances.
